Mission First REI is a privately held real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition, ownership and management of value-add multifamily apartment properties in primary and secondary markets with stabilized or rising economic growth.
Our team seeks to acquire, finance, manage, and reposition underperforming multifamily assets through syndication of equity and joint venture partnerships in the states of TN, NC, SC, GA, AL, FL, and TX .
Our Approach
Our strategy involves targeting properties that offer a strong balance of current cash flow and future appreciation. We seek to increase cash flow and maximize returns by improving physical conditions of the assets, improving management, and deploying cost saving mechanisms.
Board of Advisors
Mission First REI partners with and has a board of advisors consisting of Chad King of Titan Capital Group, LLC and Jason and Pili Yarusi of Yarusi Holdings, LLC. Our advisors currently hold assets throughout the SouthEast totaling over 2,000 units.
Chad currently has 648 units totalling $67 Million under management. Yarusi Holdings is a multifamily investment firm with over $160 Million under management consisting of over 1400 units. Chad, Jason and Pili are the founding members of the REI mastermind group 7 Figure Multifamily.
Combined with these advisors and partners we are able to provide an additional layer of analysis, capital supply, deal structuring ability, and a level of professionalism that puts us top of the class.

Jason Yarusi
Jason with his wife Pili are the founding and managing members of Yarusi Holdings, a multifamily investment firm that has acquired over 1400 units valued at $160 Million since 2016.
Chad King
Chad is Principal/Owner Titan Capital Group. His passion is building generational wealth through investing in real assets; he currently owns 635 units of multifamily apartments that he has acquired through direct purchases and completing 506 (b&c) syndications.
Pili Yarusi
Pili runs the Investor and Client Relations branches of both Yarusi Holdings and Multifamily Live.
Marcus Long
Marcus is the founder of A Long Legacy Capital, a multifamily investment firm that has acquired over 400 units valued at over $43 Million since 2021.
